This policy applies to all purchases made through the Baby Bumpz Online Re‑Store. It covers refund eligibility, cancellations, returns, and exchanges for standard merchandise—excluding sale items, gift cards, personalized orders, or other excluded products.

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: Customers may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund, including shipping fees.

After Shipment: Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not accepted. Instead, a return must be initiated under the Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds
3.1. Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (the "cooling-off" period) for unused, undamaged items in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase
Certain hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., feeding accessories, teethers) and sale or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective

3.2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, customers must report the issue within 7 days of receipt. Baby Bumpz will cover return shipping and offer a refund or exchange.

3.3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Customers will be notified via email once completed, but actual posting timelines may vary based on the bank or payment provider.

3.4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable (i.e., deducted from the refund).

For defective or incorrect items, Baby Bumpz covers return shipping or provides a prepaid label.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Customers may request an exchange for the same item (subject to availability) or opt for store credit if preferred.

Store credit may be used toward a future purchase and is valid for six months from issuance.
